As the Director of Business Operations within our Commercial division, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way we launch our products, ensuring they reach patients' hands more rapidly and with greater impact. What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact results and foster innovation
Leverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units, serving as an advisor and acting independently on self-initiated projects
Review work for effectiveness, evaluate contributions based on business impact, and review colleagues' work
Execute commercial operational services for identified markets, working with region leads to define and update the scope and service areas
Establish and improve service delivery models, manage business demand, and prioritize resources and budget allocation
Enable compliant processes for commercial operations, serving as the single point of contact for Commercial Leaders and Cross Functional Groups
Develop strategies for a portfolio of products and projects, fostering a culture of innovation and better outcomes for patients
Oversee end-to-end processes, services, governance, and strategies for global Customer Engagement Programs, ensuring compliance and proper reporting
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
High business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Proficiency in managing complex projects and processes
Strong financial and analytical skills for effective problem-solving
Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience in provider-facing key account management
Strong drive for implementation
Ability to manage key accounts effectively
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
