The Position
As Integrated Strategy Leader (ISL), you will report to the Integrated Portfolio Strategy Head of Roche Pharma Italy, leading a cross-functional team to set the local strategy for the assigned portfolio and ensure its execution.
What Will You Do?
- Strategic Vision: Set the overarching vision for your product/solution portfolio, acting as the primary strategist for the Disease Area (DA) and the single point of contact for the Leadership Team.
- Squad Leadership: Build, lead, and evolve a cross-functional Squad without direct line authority. You will define DA outcomes, facilitate continuous improvement, and co-create integrated strategies that drive both commercial and patient value.
- VACC Leadership (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach): Coach individual Squad members and the broader organisation to develop their own leadership behaviors, inspiring them to achieve their ongoing career development goals while championing diversity and inclusion.
- Business and P&L Impact: Maintain up-to-date revenue and volume forecasting, direct strategic investments, and define initiatives that support short- and long-term outcomes.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the Global Product Strategy (GPS) community, Pharma International (PI), and key affiliates. You will act as the direct interface to global forums to align and execute high-impact work packages.
- Commitment to Compliance: Act as a guardian for high standards of ethics, safety, and compliance, always keeping the patient at the center of your decision-making. Be accountable for the local strategy to commercialize products/solutions in a disease area or other defined portfolio with the goal of bringing value to patients, the community, the system as a whole and delivering on a bold ambition for Roche's business.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business management, or life sciences (MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is highly preferred);
- Experience: At least 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry;
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge across multiple disease areas, different product lifecycle stages, and competitive markets. Holistic knowledge of drug development, commercialization, and healthcare compliance.
- Track Record: Significant experience in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, medical, or access) with a demonstrated history of delivering strong business results and leading commercial budgeting / forecasting;
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mobilize people and systems with or without line authority;
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills tailored to senior management and external stakeholders;
- Language & Travel: Fluent in Italian and English. Willingness for global travel (up to 30%).

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Monza is 84.956,67 - 157.780,00 EUR. Roche Italy offers a 14-month period salary. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience and qualifications. Details of the full compensation package will be provided by your Talent Acquisition Partner.
