You will assume product design responsibilities from consulting, framing the design challenge, planning the design approach, ideation, concept, specification to seeing the design through to production and launch. This role is focused on the design of physical consumer products and hardware experiences.

Your role:

  • Translate commercial briefs into user needs, pain points, and design opportunities. Monitor product trends and competitive landscape to inform direction. Frame the design challenge and design the project approach.

You're the right fit if:

    • You are able to manage and lead design projects independently with minimal supervision.
    • You are proficient with 3D Computer aided design (CAD) software such as Rhino, CREO, SolidWorks or similar, and rendering tools such as Key Shot, or similar.
  • You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent; OR 7+ years of above related experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
