About the RoleWe are looking for an Senior Engineer who enjoys exploring new technical approaches but is equally motivated by turning ideas into production-ready solutions.You will investigate and apply AI and machine learning techniques to complex hospitality data, while remaining focused on practical outcomes.The role will suit someone who gets satisfaction from seeing their work used by real customers—not solely from conducting research or experimenting with models.Responsibilities:Research, design and implement AI/ML solutions addressing complex hospitality and travel data challengesExplore different technical approaches, run experiments and evaluate results to identify the most suitable solutionsBuild prototypes and transform successful approaches into reliable, production-ready featuresDevelop Python-based solutions for data processing, machine learning workflows and AI-powered applicationsWork closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systemsDefine evaluation methods and metrics to measure the quality, accuracy and impact of AI solutionsInvestigate new AI/ML techniques and assess their practical application in real-world productsTake ownership of AI initiatives from initial research through implementation and deploymentContinuously improve existing solutions by analysing performance, user feedback and production resultsContribute to building scalable AI-driven features that deliver value to customers and business usersRequirements:Commercial experience in AI or machine learning techniques to real-world products or data problemsProfessional experience with PythonAbility to research possible approaches, test them and select solutions based on evidenceExperience taking experimental or prototype solutions towards productionUnderstanding of how to evaluate AI-based solutionsMotivation to build solutions that will be used in a live productHighly ValuedSome experience with JavaScript, as other parts of the platform use itPrevious experience in travel technology, hospitality, marketplaces or booking platformsWhat we offer:Long-term cooperation on an international project.Fully remote work.A collaborative environment with experienced engineers.31 days of paid time off.Private medical care.Multisport card.Flexible working arrangements.
