Job Description
About Fora
Fora is the modern travel agency, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to build thriving travel advisory businesses. We're modernizing the $100B+ travel industry with AI woven through every part of the advisor's workflow, plus global supplier relationships, personalized training, and a vibrant community, all in one place. That's what lets advisors build businesses that scale, while their taste and service create trips no algorithm alone could plan. At the heart of it all is our mission: to help the next generation of travel entrepreneurs turn their love for travel into a fulfilling career, whether full-time or part-time.
The same idea shapes how we work. We're mission-driven and obsessed with our customers, and we believe humans and AI are both essential: the best work here comes from people and technology at their best, together.
Founded in 2021, Fora has grown to a team of 200+ full-time employees based in downtown New York City. In 2026, we closed a $60 million Series D led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued backing from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. We've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup (2024), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2023 and 2025), and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies (2026).
Come build something that hasn't existed before.
About The Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to help build the interfaces advisors use to book new travel verticals. You'll join our New Verticals pod and partner closely with the pod lead to turn booking flows into fast, intuitive experiences that advisors trust to run their business.
This is a hands-on execution role. Booking is where advisors spend real time and where small friction compounds into lost revenue, so the work is concrete: search, sort, filter, compare, and book across verticals, built on top of supplier data and integrations. You'll own product surfaces end to end, work shoulder to shoulder with engineering and design, and use data to decide what to build and to prove it worked.
It's a strong fit for a product manager who is comfortable with data, moves quickly, and wants to own real surfaces in a growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own booking-vertical surfaces end to end: define requirements, write clear specs, and drive them through design, build, and launch.
- Partner with the pod lead on the roadmap, then carry the day-to-day execution to keep it on track.
- Work directly with engineering and design to make search, sort, filter, and booking flows fast and intuitive for advisors.
- Use data to prioritize: define success metrics, dig into advisor behavior, and turn what you find into the next set of changes.
- Run experiments, validate ideas with advisors, and turn what works into shipped features.
- Partner with supplier and operations teams so booking experiences reflect real inventory and constraints.
- Apply AI tooling in your own workflow and look for places it can improve the advisor booking experience.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of product management experience, or an equivalent mix of analytics or data work plus product ownership.
- Comfort with data: you can define metrics, pull and read your own analysis (SQL or similar), and make decisions from it.
- A bias toward shipping. You turn ambiguity into a clear plan and move it forward without waiting to be told the next step.
- Strong collaboration with engineering and design. You can hold your own on technical tradeoffs and design details.
- Clear, concise communication. You keep partners aligned and make the case for what to build.
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with travel, marketplace, or e-commerce products, especially search, sort, filter, ranking, or booking flows.
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or predictive models.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, and similar) or light building of your own.
- A data science, statistics, or technical background (Python, R, SQL).
Compensation
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $130K–$190K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.

- Dental & Vision Insurance
- Wellhub Memberships
- 401k plan with company match
- Commuter Benefits

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
