Partner Service Agent

Job Responsibilities
 

• Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls solving customer issues.
• Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task.
• Managing live chat maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minutes.
• Able to follow order processing system from the back end.
• Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.

• You have successfully completed HSC/A levels
• Good typing skills.
• Strong in communications skills.
