Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine | Qatar

We are hiring an experienced Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Currently working as a Sous Chef, with at least 1–2 years of experience in the same role.

• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and staff training skills.

• Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

• Smart, proactive, well-presented, and professionally groomed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Salary

• Salary: QAR 5,500 + 1 duty meal + Free accommodation and transportation + Annual air ticket

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Sous Chef

Age: Below 36 years
