Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Project Leader for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate software development, maintenance and operational support activities.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource planning.
  • Manage Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, budget and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication across technical and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, security requirements and operational processes.
  • Produce management reports and present project status to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or programme management.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Professional certifications such as PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are considered an asset.
