Project Leader at ARHS

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Project Leader for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate software development, maintenance and operational support activities.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource planning.
Manage Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project progress, risks, budget and quality objectives.
Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication across technical and business teams.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, security requirements and operational processes.
Produce management reports and present project status to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Your Profile

Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or programme management.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in complex, multicultural environments.
Professional certifications such as PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are considered an asset.
