In Provider Management, we ensure that both parties to a contract fully understand their respective obligations, and that these obligations are fulfilled as efficiently and effectively as possible to provide the best value for money. It is about maximizing profits and minimizing risks in a contract, while ensuring operational performance. Ensuring that a contract remains healthy and brings in the optimal and desired results plays a vital role in the success of our Company. Contracts are the tool enabling business development, a mean to establish successful partnerships in order to achieve the best business outcome. Therefore, it is important for us to ensure they are efficiently performed in order to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risks. We participate in every phase of the contract lifecycle – with a strong focus on the post-award phase by providing support, consultancy, and training while keeping a global view of the agreement. It is also responsible for governance management, performance management, contract change process control, risk management and other fields within the Contract and Commercial Framework.

 

What you do 

 

• Supporting the department in all contract management related topics including audit preparation, compliance
• tracking, and cross-functional topics.
• Running a project for contract consolidation.
• Support contract managers with contract/legal analysis and reports preparation.
• Facilitate team meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Prepare presentations for internal meetings as well as external conferences.
• Other ad-hoc activities

 

What you bring 

• Good analytical, self-organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Background in Legal, IT, or Business is desired but not compulsory.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Procurement, Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus

 You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
