You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to build scalable, high-quality systems and influence technological and architectural decisions along the way.We're open to strong backend engineers coming from Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby, or other languages. What matters most is solid engineering fundamentals and a genuine willingness to switch to .NET / C# as your primary stack.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end developmentContribute to technological and architectural decisionsWork collaboratively with professional developers, Designers, and Product Managers to deliver a high-quality productRequirements5+ years of production backend experience in any modern language (e.g., Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby) and readiness to switch to .NET2+ years of experience with microservices developmentDeep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native developmentExperience designing and building asynchronous systems and working with message queues/event-driven architecturesExperience with databasesExperience in developing a SAAS productNice to haveExperience in developing a security-related SAAS product.Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)B.Sc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related fieldFamiliarity with the GraphQL frameworkFamiliarity with the Graph DatabasesStack noteOur stack includes .NET Core / C#, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, ArangoDB, Python, Terraform, Docker, and fully CI/CD-driven environments.We're open to strong backend engineers coming from Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby, or other languages.What matters most is solid engineering fundamentals and a genuine willingness to switch to .NET / C# as your primary stack.BenefitsAt On The Spot, we’re creating a workplace people would want to stay in: supportive, well-organized, and fair in terms of conditions and benefits.We’ll share more about our benefit package during the interviews.
