Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Premium Business Team Lead with strategic thinking and growth mindset to grow Grab premium/new transport business market (GrabCar Premium, GrabDriveYourCar, and many more to follow). and also guide other special projects from planning to successful execution. You will get opportunity to lead your own transport services and projects and see the impact from what you do alongside with your supporting teammates.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead and Scale: Grow Grab's premium and new transport business markets, leading both strategy and operational success.
• Project Management: Guide multiple special projects from end-to-end planning through to successful execution.
• Workstream Execution: Take high ownership of your own workstreams, using rationale and critical thinking to navigate unexpected challenges.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: optimize our performance through creative, data-driven, and quantitative analysis.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field.
• 2–4 years of working experience, specifically focused on project management and business strategy.
• Passion for problem-solving with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Preferred: Prior work experience in data analysis and SQL proficiency.
