Senior DevOps EngineerLocation: Warsaw (1 day per week onsite)Contract: B2BDuration: Project secured through 2028About the RoleWe are supporting a leading global financial institution in hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a long term infrastructure and platform engineering programme.This role focuses on automation, CI/CD, Linux administration, container platforms, infrastructure support, and environment management within a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to improve application reliability, deployment processes, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain business critical applications across enterprise infrastructure environments.Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Develop automation solutions using Bash, Python and Groovy.Manage development, test and production environments.Support containerised applications running on Kubernetes and OpenShift.Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible.Investigate application and infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment, monitoring and operational processes.RequirementsEssentialStrong Linux administration experience.Commercial experience with Kubernetes.Experience containerising applications using Docker or Podman.Hands on experience with Ansible.Strong Bash scripting skills.Python scripting experience.Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience.Git version control.Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Nice to HaveOpenShift experience.AWS or Azure cloud exposure.Artifactory or Nexus.PostgreSQL experience.Financial Services, Banking or Capital Markets experience.What's On OfferUp to 2000 PLN/day B2B depending on experience levelHybrid working model with one day per week in the Warsaw officeLong term project with funding secured through 2028Enterprise scale technology environmentOpportunity to work across modern DevOps, automation and platform engineering initiatives
