【Key Responsibilities】

• アナログ設計チームの一員として、新製品の開発を実施する。アナログブロック設計またの上位階層のサブブロック設計を担当。
• デジタル・レイアウト・チームと協調しながらのアナログブロック設計。
• LDO、バンドギャップ、チャージポンプ、プリドライバーなどアナログ回路の設計
• シミュレーション・検証ツールの使用
• 若手エンジニアの育成に寄与

• Work within the analog design team for new product development. Design analog blocks or higher-level sub-blocks.
• Work closely with digital and layout teams for the design analog blocks.
• Designing analog circuits such as LDOs, bandgap regulators, charge pumps, pre-drivers..
• Using simulation and verification tools.
• Contributing to the development of young engineers as mentor

【MUST】

• 博士、または3～5年以上の実務経験のある修士、または 学士。
• 回路図エディタ、SPICE シミュレータ (または同等のトランジスタ レベル回路シミュレータ)、Virtuoso などの CAD ツールが使える。
• CMOSプロセス技術とデバイス物理特性を理解している。
• 計画立案ができ、且つ自発的に行動できる。
• チームメイトとの協調性を有する 。

• Doctor degree, or Master or bachelor degree holder with  3-5+ year work experience
• Familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator (or equivalent transistor level circuit simulator), Virtuoso;
• Understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics;
• Highly organized and self-motivated;
• Ability to work well with teammates.

【WANT】

• 車載製品またはアプリケーションの開発経験
• IPD製品設計経験
