Main Responsibilities – Test Engineering: Quality Assurance, Test Design, Continuous Improvement

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data covering functional, regression, integration, and system-level scenarios;
  • Execute manual and automated tests across environments, report defects clearly, and verify fixes to ensure timely delivery of quality releases;
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, and UX teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prevent defects early in the lifecycle;
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using established frameworks and tools; contribute to the continuous expansion of test automation coverage;
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and quality-focused ceremonies to promote testability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement;
  • Generate and maintain clear test documentation, metrics, and dashboards to support release readiness and informed decision-making;
  • Mentor and support colleagues on testing best practices, tooling, and troubleshooting techniques to raise team capability and consistency.

Key Skills for Test Engineers: Technical Testing, Communication, Analytical Thinking

  • Proven experience in functional, regression, and integration testing within Agile delivery environments;
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or comparable tools) and familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated test execution;
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, API testing (REST/GraphQL), and testing of web and/or mobile applications;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to risk-based testing;
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English (United States) to interact effectively with international teams and stakeholders;
  • Comfortable using issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and collaboration platforms for documentation and reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing or contributing to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Familiarity with API testing, performance/smoke testing, and basic test data management principles;
