Safety Advisor

岗位职责

• 为项目现场制定、实施并监督EHS政策与流程
• 确保项目符合安全法规及EHS标准
• 开展风险评估、安全审计及事故调查工作
• 主导安全培训、班前安全交底及安全宣传活动
• 监督承包商安全绩效，并督促落实整改措施
• 为项目相关方编制EHS报告及文件资料

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and procedures at project sites
• Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and EHS standards
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Lead safety training, pre-shift safety briefings, and safety awareness campaigns
• Monitor contractor safety performance and drive the implementation of corrective actions
• Prepare EHS reports and documentation for project stakeholders

任职要求

• 环境工程、职业安全或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 拥有工业或建筑项目领域至少5年EHS相关工作经验
• 熟悉EHS法规及行业实践
• 持有安全管理相关认证者优先
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or construction project settings
• Solid knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices
• Relevant safety management certifications preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
