Design Center Manager at Kronospan

Planning and preparing interior designs and furnishing layouts
Assisting customers—both by appointment and on a walk-in basis—with their selections, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
Communicating with other departments, external companies, partners, and industry professionals regarding projects
Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional brand image
Specification management
Collaborating with other branch staff to ensure excellent customer service—from the initial project or concept through to delivery and beyond—and supporting other marketing activities
Actively participating in the organization of events and other promotional activities (including the Design Center grand opening event)
Managing overall workflow organization and planning
Leading and supervising staff at the Budapest Design Center
Reporting

Finished university / college studies, preferably in architecture or interior design
Marketing experience is an advantage
5-10 years experience in similar field
Fluent Hungarian AND English, another European language knowledge is an asset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional attitude with a persuasive, kind and positive personality
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD 3D, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp
During the training phase extensive travel required before the Design Center opening (3-4 months product training in Szombathely / Mohács, and in other European sites and Design Centers)
Capability of working independently, high tolerance of stress level
Highly self-motivated personality with a can-do attitude
Efficiency at work; problem solving skills

Competitive compensation package
140.000 HUF / month presence bonus; 15.000 HUF / month on SZÉP card; 30 HUF / km fuel support in case of a residence outside of Budapest
