Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger's Partnerships team and help us accelerate sustainable growth by building and scaling high-impact partnerships across global markets. As Partnership Director, you'll lead and empower a high-performing team to achieve ambitious financial KPIs through strategic direction, streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, and performance marketing expertise. Backed by a substantial budget and extensive company knowledge, you'll drive the partnerships strategy, strengthen team performance, and identify and scale new partnership opportunities across emerging markets.

Your day-to-day

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.

• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).

• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.

• Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.

• Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.

• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.

• Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets.

• Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.

• Report and identify areas of new opportunities.

• Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.

• Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

What will help you succeed:

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.

• Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).

• Experience working with Asia or global markets would be considered an advantage.

• Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.

• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.

• Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.

• Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.
