Senior Fullstack Engineer: React & PythonRemote within Poland | Warsaw meet-up approx. once a month | UoPBuild software that moves real objects - not another platform that ends at the edge of a screen!We are supporting a fast-growing European technology company developing AI-powered automation systems for complex real-world operations. Its solutions are already used in production, and the company is now expanding both the product and engineering organisation. You will join a small team building a new platform that helps engineers configure, monitor and manage intelligent automated systems. The product is currently used internally and is being developed with the potential to serve a broader group of users in the future.Your role40% React40% Python20% product discovery and technical ownershipYou will:develop features across frontend and backend,translate complex robotics workflows into intuitive tools,work on robot configuration, visualisation and telemetry,influence architecture and product direction,own features from problem definition to production,collaborate with a Tech Lead, Fullstack Engineer, Robotics Engineer and Product Manager.What we are looking for5+ years of commercial software engineering experience,strong hands-on React and TypeScript skills,solid production experience with Python,experience building and owning fullstack products,ability to explain architectural decisions and trade-offs,product mindset and willingness to propose better solutions,confidence working in a small, autonomous team,curiosity and ability to learn a complex new domain,professional English,degree in a STEM discipline.Robotics experience is not required.What is offered26,000–32,000 PLN gross/month,Polish employment contract,remote-first work,team meetings in Warsaw approximately once a month,flexible hours,direct exposure to real robots and the robotics laboratory,meaningful ownership in a product already operating in production.Interested in building software that interacts with the physical world?
