Consulting GSI Solutions Architect

THE ROLE

The Everpure GSI Global Solution Architect (GSA) is a senior-level technical role partnering with end-user sales, pre-sales teams, and cross-functional subject matter experts to drive client success. The GSA combines deep IT industry expertise and business acumen with a background in multiple vertical industries—such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Consumer Goods. Success requires both a robust foundation in infrastructure and storage, and a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

As a strategic advisor, the GSA partners closely with Everpure’s global sales teams to engage partners/clients, identify their business and technology needs, and guide their digital transformation. Everpure’s GSI business is a high-growth area, and facilitating meaningful conversations is vital to delivering impactful client outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop Everpure’s GSI technical strategy and priorities.
• Contribute to the GSI business strategy to grow Everpure revenue and enhance partner outcomes.
• Define end-to-end solutions that align with business growth strategies, leveraging IT and industry-specific best practices.
• Articulate the business value and benefits of proposed solutions. Facilitate their adoption by contributing to change programs and proactively identifying misalignments with the evolving solution strategy.
• Identify and drive strategic growth opportunities within existing GSI accounts and untapped 'white space' Everpure accounts.
• Boost partner engagement by promoting Everpure’s value propositions and partner program benefits.
• Work cross functionally with Everpure’s line-of-business and product teams to improve relevant product features, integrations, and solutions.
• Build credibility as a trusted advisor and cultivate long-term relationships with both existing and prospective stakeholders / clients.
• Stay current on industry and technology trends relevant to partner and customer vertical markets, including competitive intelligence, key leaders and market disruptors.
• Partner with sales teams to develop winning proposals, navigating dynamic and highly competitive market environments.
• Become a trusted and collaborative conduit between sales, engineering, and product management
• Identify key trends and map customer challenges/needs to Everpure’s technology strategy
• Inspire stakeholders by championing Everpure's long-term vision and demonstrating how our solutions drive successful transformations and improved business outcomes.
• Help preserve and cultivate our technical culture to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other employees
• Contribute to marketing activities (roadshows, events and webinars, social media content)

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of experience in technical leadership expertise
• Experience working in or with GSI companies
• Product experience across technology vendors and solutions
• Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and graphical) with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong technical foundation with expertise in storage, compute, database, networking, virtualization, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Big Data, new stack). Active participation in technical communities and social media is a plus.
• Combine big-picture strategic thinking with detail-oriented problem solving.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Show genuinely passion to make a meaningful impact.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to evangelize diverse topics, tailoring communication to resonate with any audience.
• Work collaboratively across the broader Everpure Storage organization
• Highly accountable and results-driven. Able to adapt focus and pace to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment.
