How we work Our software engineers are part of a small, distributed team of dedicated crafts(wo)men. We already have team members located in Switzerland and Italy. Because of our small team , we rely heavi ly on automation. We fully embrace continuous integration and strive to achieve continuous delivery. We give our engineers the autonomy they need by letting them organize themselves during our four-week sprints. Responsibilities : Take ownership of the whole QA process Coach the development team on testing best practices Contribute to the product development process (improvement ideas, edge cases, …) Triage technical support cases Must-Have Skills : Senior-level QA engineering skills (Test Planning, Exploratory Testing, Mentoring, AI-assisted testing, Test Automation, CI/CD, ...) Passionate about the topic and able to share this passion with others High level of empathy and excellent communication skills Learning is an integral part of your personality Nice-To-Have Skills : Experience testing physical products with digital elements Experience testing safety-critical systems Experience testing IP communication systems (SIP, RTP, ...)
