We’re looking for a People Operations Project Analyst to help us advance employee initiatives, backed by data analytics. In this role, you’ll apply project management methodologies to execute and measure initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. If you thrive on turning qualitative feedback into quantitative metrics, building clear project roadmaps, and driving measurable people operations improvements, this role offers the perfect balance of analytical rigor and human-centered impact.
This is a hybrid position working from either our Arlington or Herndon, VA office.
What you will do:
- Own: Apply formal project management frameworks (PMP/Agile) to own - scope, track, and execute - end-to-end People Team (People Operations, Human Resource, and Talent Acquisition) initiatives.
- Data Excellence: Establish and maintain clear reporting (Tableau / Excel / Survey Monkey) for our People Operations.
- Organizational Development: Map and optimize key touchpoints across the employee lifecycle (e.g., mentorship, employee experience, workshops, virtual training, HR initiatives).
- Love our People: Design and implement engagement strategies, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead: Act as a change management project lead to help our team smoothly adopt organizational shifts and new HR initiatives.
- Listen: Design, launch, and analyze new hire and engagement surveys, exit interviews, and support other channels of two-way communication.
- Impact: Translate raw workforce data into actionable insights and executive dashboards.
- Team Excel SME: Support complex formulas, basic data analysis, and making spreadsheets work magic for the People Team.
What you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or People Operations
- Data & Survey Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, SurveyMonkey, data reporting and organization (Google Suite & Box)
- People and Data: Background or strong interest in humans at work and numbers
- Excel Mastery: Solid advanced to mid-level skills are essential
- Clear Communication: Ability to break apart tasks and align stakeholders towards a goal

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
