You’ll be responsible for shaping technical direction, translating business needs into dev-ready tasks, and mentoring a talented, international team of engineers.Your impact zoneLead architecture and design for fullstack solutions (Node.js + React)Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements and translate them into technical roadmapsPropose and implement improvements across the entire software development lifecycleGuide developers through clear task definition, technical mentoring, and code reviewsMaintain and improve project documentationEnsure quality, security, and performance standards are metActively contribute to team knowledge-sharing and Cloudfide’s engineering cultureKey responsibilitiesDeliver scalable backend APIs in Node.js and frontend components in ReactOversee secure authentication flows (OAuth2) and follow AuthN/AuthZ best practicesSupervise data model design using relational databasesCoordinate deployment processes and CI/CD flows (Azure, Docker)Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies as a technical leadDrive DevOps practices and automation across environmentsQualifications & tech toolboxStrong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScriptProven experience as a technical leader or team leadSolid understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDBKnowledge of OAuth2, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and web security best practicesExperience in working with Azure (or other cloud platforms)Understanding of network protocols and secure communicationComfortable using Git, Linux, and modern CLI toolsHands-on experience with Docker and DevOps workflowsExcellent communication and leadership skillsExtra stardust forExperience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, Bicep)Familiarity with monitoring/logging toolsAbility to run tech sessions, workshops, or mentoring programsHere's why you'll love CloudfideBENEFITS: Regardless of the form of employment – Budget for your professional development (training and certifications).
