Job Description

Your mission As our Product Manager – Android Integration & Ecosystem , you will define the product what and why for how ProGlove devices connect, integrate and create value within the enterprise Android ecosystem. ProGlove is evolving from a wearable scanner company into a Worker Companion company, bringing together ergonomic wearable hardware, software, connectivity, workflow guidance, data and intelligence. With the MAI Wearable Companion, we are entering a broader ecosystem of enterprise applications, technologies, standards, partners and customer infrastructure. Your mission will be to make our products easy to adopt, integrate and deploy at scale – without turning every customer opportunity into a bespoke engineering project. You will identify recurring customer needs, translate them into scalable capabilities and propositions, and decide where ProGlove should own, enable or partner. In doing so, you will help turn integration from a technical necessity into a source of differentiation, customer value and commercial opportunity. You will work closely with the Product Manager responsible for the Wearable Companion device. While they own the device proposition, you will own how the device connects to and creates value in the wider ecosystem. Together, you will shape a coherent end-to-end proposition for customers, developers, integrators and partners. Your day-to-day Define and evolve the product strategy and priorities for ProGlove’s enterprise Android integration and ecosystem capabilities, aligned with customer needs and business goals. Work directly with customers, Sales and Solution Architecture to identify recurring problems, distinguish individual requests from broader market needs and turn the right opportunities into scalable solutions. Translate recurring integration needs into repeatable product capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, tools, interfaces, documentation, integration patterns and deployment solutions. Shape the product experience around device setup, provisioning, application distribution, device management and other capabilities required to deploy and operate connected device fleets at scale. Make clear, pragmatic decisions about where ProGlove should own, enable or partner , balancing customer value, strategic control, speed, scalability and technical complexity. Identify the platforms, applications, standards and ecosystem players that matter to our customers, and shape the integrations, certifications and technology partnerships that strengthen our proposition. Explore where integration capabilities, software, services and ecosystem propositions can create differentiated value and support commercial or recurring-revenue opportunities. Partner closely with Engineering and the Product Manager for the Wearable Companion to create alignment on customer problems, priorities, trade-offs and desired outcomes. Enable Sales and other customer-facing teams to clearly explain our Android proposition, supported capabilities, integrations and common deployment patterns. Maintain a forward-looking view of enterprise Android, AOSP, enterprise mobility, AI and adjacent technologies, and translate relevant developments into strategic options and product priorities. Your profile At ProGlove, technical expertise matters, but how you work is just as important. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays curious, collaborates openly and turns complexity into clear, pragmatic decisions. You bring strong Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise technology and can define strategy, discover meaningful customer problems, prioritize opportunities and turn them into scalable products or propositions. You are commercially minded and naturally connect product decisions with customer value, differentiation, business impact and opportunities to capture value. You are comfortable working with enterprise software, platforms, connected devices, integrations or technology ecosystems, and understand the realities of complex customer IT environments. You have enough technical depth to understand architecture, interfaces and trade-offs, contribute credibly to platform and integration discussions, and recognize when deeper engineering expertise is needed. You think in systems and patterns: when faced with a customer requirement, you look beyond the immediate request to understand why it exists, how broadly it applies and what a simple, repeatable solution could look like. You take end-to-end ownership, move topics forward without waiting for perfect instructions and remain effective when the product space or path ahead is not yet fully defined. You collaborate generously and build trust across Product, Engineering, Sales, Solution Architecture, customers and external partners. You can create alignment and drive decisions without relying on formal authority. You communicate clearly and transparently, raise risks early and can make complex technical and commercial topics understandable to different audie
