How the Alumni Programme Works

  4. Join the mthree Academy for a 6-week intensive online/remote training programme with other graduates, focusing on areas such as Linux, SQL, databases, Python, DevOps, and much more.
  5. Start a 12–24 month placement with one of our global clients, supported by regular salary increases.
  6. Most Alumni convert to permanent employees with the client after the programme.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related STEM field (minimum 2:1).
  • Passion: Strong interest in financial markets and technology.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Object-oriented programming (e.g. Java, Python, C++, C).
    • Solid SQL database knowledge (e.g. Sybase, DB2, Oracle) for writing queries and analysing logs.
    • Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging applications.
    • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Eligibility: Authorisation to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
