As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help lead backend architecture, cloud engineering initiatives, and engineering best practices across their technology organization. The Senior Backend Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable cloud-native backend systems using C# and Microsoft Azure technologies. The Senior Backend Software Engineer will lead architecture decisions, build enterprise-grade APIs, improve application performance and reliability, mentor engineering team members, and collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and software engineering teams. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while remaining hands-on in software development and technical leadership.
