We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap across both teams — driving innovation through cutting-edge automation and AI solutions while ensuring our Salesforce platform evolves with the business. Your primary objective is to enrich employee and customer experience by introducing new products that leverage generative and agentic AI, ensuring alignment among all relevant stakeholders and contributing to GoodLeap's reputation as an innovator in AI-powered financial technology. You will flex between long-term product strategy and day-to-day execution across two engineering teams.
