By reducing the expense of litigation industry-wide, we aim to improve access to high-quality representation and promote the alignment of legal outcomes with merit.

About the Role

To support our rapid product development and growing enterprise client base, we are hiring a Documentation Architect to own our end-to-end knowledge architecture. You will build and maintain our single source of truth, establishing AI-forward pipelines that deliver accurate product information to external clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Account Management, and Enablement).

Key Responsibilities

• Design our information architecture. Restructure and maintain a centralized internal knowledge base and client-facing portal for all documentation of our product. 
• Build and own automated pipelines that proactively flag outdated documents and generate draft content.
• Establish verification workflows to review AI-generated content before publication; set lifecycle processes for creating, updating, and archiving docs.
• Iterate on our internal search/bot capabilities to streamline information discovery while managing gated permissions.
• Partner with the Staff Technical Writer on the creation of templates for documentation to ensure that documentation of all types integrate with automated pipelines. 
• Create clear documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical writing and information architecture, with a track record of building single-source-of-truth knowledge bases in fast-paced tech environments.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Docs-as-Code workflows.
• Proven ability to partner effectively across engineering, product, and non-technical go-to-market teams.
• Strong emphasis on content accuracy, lifecycle archiving, and balancing automation speed with human validation.

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of the litigation journey, from intake and eDiscovery to depositions, motion practice, and trial prep.
