Job Description

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations on a small, founder-led team building an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform for the industrial sector. You'll design and ship product-led acquisition strategies that create durable, scalable growth — owning high-leverage growth loops end-to-end while helping shape company strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and build the next compounding growth loop (e.g., supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) end-to-end.

  • Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure to convert procurement queries into pipeline.

  • Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.

  • Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard → prototype → validate → scale, and pivot decisively based on results.

  • Define strategy with founders roughly 20% of the time and execute independently the remaining 80%.

  • Build roadmaps and own outcomes with extreme ownership — no waiting for permission.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free culture that continuously raises team performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in growth or strategy roles with demonstrated delivery of zero-to-one growth loops and scalable growth initiatives.

  • Proven experience in a VC-backed startup or high-growth environment operating at founder-level pace and ambiguity.

  • Track record of building and owning an organic acquisition strategy, including technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure.

  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives and launching product experiences that drive user acquisition.

  • Background in B2B SaaS growth within industrial procurement or a comparable enterprise procurement domain.

  • Demonstrated ability to build growth loops from scratch — supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows — and turn them into scalable pipelines.

  • Familiarity with the European (DACH) regional context and AI-first platform dynamics.

  • Full fluency in both German and English.

  • Ambition to found a company someday; an entrepreneurial mindset is strongly valued.
