About the Role
HP is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Services Category Senior Manager for North America. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for Services portfolio strategy, business performance, sales enablement, operational excellence, and growth initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Global Business Units and other stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth, improve seller productivity, and drive customer success. The role builds upon category leadership, business planning, KPI management, portfolio oversight, and sales engagement responsibilities identified in the existing role description. What You Will Do
Lead and develop a high-performing team of category, business, and sales enablement professionals.
Define and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio adoption.
Own business planning, performance reviews, and key executive communications.
Partner with sales leadership to improve services penetration, seller readiness, and customer outcomes.
Drive portfolio strategy, pricing advocacy, and go-to-market initiatives.
Lead cross-functional programs and strategic projects across a matrixed organization.
Establish operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics that improve execution and accountability.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across North America and Global organizations. [Job Description | Word]
Engage with HP customers and channel partners as needed to collaborate on strategies, priorities, objectives, offers, and plans.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business management, category management, services, sales strategy, operations, or related disciplines.
Demonstrate experience leading teams and developing talent.
Strong business planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills.

Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
Experience leading services, software, subscription, or recurring revenue businesses.
Experience driving organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

Position Summary
The Services Category Senior Manager leads a North America team responsible for business strategy, portfolio performance, sales enablement, and operational execution, delivering profitable growth while developing organizational capability and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer success.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $178,250 to $279,900 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
