The Position

负责技术应用支持

主要工作职责：

• 设备安装后为最终用户提供操作培训，向销售团队反馈每台新培训仪器及配套解决方案的项目开展情况，共同跟进项目填充
• 及时完整的解决产品及配套解决方案的技术问题，为客户提供更加完善的技术解决方案。
• 为销售人员、维修工程师和经销商提供技术培训，维护并及时更新产品资料
• 配合销售同事并完成相关试剂销售年度目标，参与设备售前招标及新项目推广
• 定期拜访客户，推广罗氏医学价值，完善扩充项目
• 收集并反馈客户需求及最新市场动态信息，协助相关团队持续优化升级解决方案
• 协助维修工程师和销售人员安装设备
• 与销售和维修工程师紧密合作，以确保客户使用体验完美
• 协助客户进行产品评估工作，协助客户解释测试结果
• 协助制定年度计划，提交月报
• 总结和汇总自己的工作经验并和其他应用技术支持分享
• 帮助和支持团队中的应用支持掌握产品知识及解决技术问题
• 主管指派的其他任务
• 遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动

基本任职资格:

• 大学以上学历，医学检验专业或相关专业
• 演讲技巧/分析能力/培训技巧/计算机使用能力
• 具有三至五年医院诊断实验室工作经验，或相关的工作经验
• 以客户为中心及客户关系管理
• 产品和运用的专业知识
