About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead reporting and analytics initiatives for customers of a data infrastructure and AdTech platform, sitting at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. You will generate insights from Clean Room technologies and emerging industry solutions, turning complex data into actionable intelligence that drives customer decision-making and campaign optimization.
What You'll Do
Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports that help customers understand their data and make confident, data-driven decisions.
Lead measurement initiatives by defining KPIs and learning plans aligned with customer marketing objectives.
Design and implement analytics systems, tools, and frameworks that enable efficient analysis at scale across customer use cases and verticals.
Work hands-on with customer data to surface insights, answer key business questions, and identify campaign optimization opportunities.
Design observational analytics approaches, including multi-dimensional dataset mining and experimental methods.
Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and build lasting relationships.
Present insights internally and externally, translating complex analytical concepts for both business and technical audiences.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform new analytical product offerings and measurement capabilities.
What We're Looking For
9 or more years of experience in analytics or data science, with demonstrated expertise in measurement and attribution methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python for independent data analysis, querying, and statistical modeling.
Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, and/or Looker.
AdTech industry experience required, including familiarity with Clean Room technologies and data collaboration platforms such as Amazon Marketing Cloud or Google Ads Data Hub.
Experience designing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models for marketing campaigns.
Strong client-facing communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
Familiarity with TV industry measurement is a plus.
Must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $135,200 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Seattle, WA, or Little Rock, AR. Fully remote consideration available for exceptional candidates. All candidates must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
