Job Description

At H1, we believe access to the best healthcare information is a basic human right. Our mission is to provide a platform that can optimally inform every doctor interaction globally. This promotes health equity and builds needed trust in healthcare systems. To accomplish this our teams harness the power of data and AI-technology to unlock groundbreaking medical insights and convert those insights into action that result in optimal patient outcomes and accelerates an equitable and inclusive drug development lifecycle. Visit h1.co to learn more about us. As a member of the Product leadership team, the Sr. Director of Product Management – Data Feeds & Inbound Data will own the strategy and execution for how H1 sources, ingests, and delivers structured data at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and data operations — and is critical to the quality, reliability, and differentiation of H1's core data assets. You'll bring both the technical depth to engage credibly in the data layer and the leadership presence to set direction, align stakeholders, and build toward a scalable data product architecture. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1You'll own the strategy for how H1 sources, ingests, and delivers structured data at scale — defining what data gets ingested, in what priority order, and why, based on user and business needs. Working closely with engineering partners who own the technical execution, this role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and data operations. You will: - Define and own the roadmap for H1's data feeds and inbound data capability, with near-term focus on Pharma clinical and medical data (Medical Affairs and Clinical domains) - Work with Pharma Product Leads and Data Subject Matter Experts to deeply understand the content itself, and how to communicate roadmap, status, client-reported issue updates. - Work with lead engineer for data feed architecture, schema design, field-level documentation, and QA methodology across the data product organization - Author and maintain data dictionaries, feed specifications, and ingestion standards — and hold the organization to them - Write and interpret SQL independently to investigate data quality issues, validate feed output, and profile datasets at depth - Serve as the escalation point for data quality, delivery, and integrity issues — and drive resolution with urgency and rigor - Translate complex data architecture and feed logic into clear strategic narratives for executive leadership and commercial stakeholders - Represent data feed strategy in cross-functional forums, including client-facing conversations where data quality or feed specification is at issue ABOUT YOU You think in data and content, not features. You've owned complex data pipelines in regulated environments and have the scar tissue to prove it. You can build a tracker, run a SQL query, write a vendor SLA, and present a strategy deck — and you know which of those to lead with in any given room. You're comfortable being the most technical person at the business table and the most business-oriented person in the data room. REQUIREMENTS- 10+ years of experience in product management, data product management, or data operations, with at least 3 years in a director+ level role - Demonstrated ownership of data feed strategy, data ingestion architecture, or structured data delivery in a B2B healthcare or life sciences data environment - Hands-on SQL proficiency — independently writes, debugs, and interprets complex queries without engineering support - Experience with healthcare data types: clinical/medical data, NPI, HCP/HCO identifiers, specialty taxonomies, claims, or equivalent structured health data but also unstructured content - Ability to leverage AI tooling on a daily basis (Claude, OpenAI, etc) and can demonstrate not only using it to solve their problems but harnessing it to drive business use cases in their organization - Proven ability to author and govern data dictionaries, field-level documentation, and feed specifications at an organizational standard - Strong track record of cross-functional and client leadership — aligning engineering, data, commercial, and executive stakeholders around data product strategy - Experience working in or closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Research preferred - Familiarity with data pipeline and orchestration tooling (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or equivalent) preferred - Experience building or scaling a data feed function from early-stage preferred COMPENSATION This role pays $190,000 to $220,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. Anticipated role close date: 10/24/2026
