With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.About the roleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will manage risk and records management products, shaping the roadmap, overseeing the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance, performance, stability, and cost efficiency. You will also lead related IT projects for smaller products.How you will get the job donedriving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes, and enhancing or launching new toolsoverviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider managementcollaborating with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutionsimplementing changes and configuring systempartnering with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectationclose collaboration with IT Project Manager responsible for project enhancing products you are responsible from a product management perspectivemanaging delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testingworking across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritizationmonitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvementsetting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich Re GroupSkills and experience you will needfluency in Business Englisha university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar qualificationgood understanding of risk management, compliance and legal applicationshands-on experience working with ServiceNow, SQL, cloud computing, and Azure DevOpsdemonstrated knowledge and experience with Product and Project Management, including financial and stakeholder managementexperience with ITIL processes to collaborate with infrastructure, operations, solution, and technical architectureability to run product enhancements or development projectsfamiliarity with analytical and concept work regarding complex application operation landscapes and architecturesassertiveness, self-organized, and proactive attitudetarget-orientation and willingness to learndistinct planning, organizational, and negotiation skills, as well as good mediator skillsknowledge of the entire software development, product, and project life cycles acquired in various positions (project management, requirements engineering, consulting, etc.)Nice to haveGerman language proficiencybusiness analysis skillsfamiliarity with Scrum methodologyexperience working in a global teamPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
