Chapter Lead BBVA Platforms(m/f/d)

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Chapter Lead for Bancassurance Platforms. You will be responsible for the functional and personal leadership of the chapter assigned, following Allianz's working guidelines, leadership values and People Attributes. You will also be responsible for guiding your chapter to excellence while driving the strategic vision and execution of our product initiatives.

What you do

• Manage, develop and assures the qualification requirement of the chapter members enabling them to work in the agile setting, in accordance with the working guidelines, Allianz People Attributes, Leadership Values and relevant guidelines. 
• Create the foundations for the effective operation of the chapter, keeping the appropriate chapter size and necessary capabilities following the required technological standards through relevant training. 
• Implement the synergies between the teams and collaborate with the Product Owners to identify future resource requirements. 
• Act as role model in Agile working to inspire and train chapter members to use Agile working practices. Act as role model in agile working with the aim of inspiring, training and encourages Chapter members to use agile working practices, to undergo personal further development and to express their own ideas. 
• Implement all personnel related processes and cooperate with the Product Owner and under the guidance of the relevant HR partners. 
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs & prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed decisions on features, enhancements, and bug fixes. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product ideas, and ensure successful product delivery. 

What you bring

• Proven experience in product management and/or leadership roles, preferably within the financial services sector & Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Having an Agile mindset and a wide variety of Agile tools, methods and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Processing skills in the development, coaching and mentoring of people, and in mediation.
• Expertise in the chapter-specific field of work as well as in organizational transformation and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
