Data Analyst 

We are looking for a Data Analyst to create and manage insights and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge for our content and social media team. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have a business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
  • Ability to work with large volume of data; create and communicate insights by analyzing data from variety of sources, both quantitative and qualitative;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to respond fast.
  • Adaptability. flexibility, analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Knowledge of digital metrics. Social Media and visualization tools (Preferably Brandwatch, SocialBakers-Emplifi, Meta for business, creator studio, TikTok, Twitter Ads, Youtube Analytics, Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with social listening and social media campaign performance analysis (creative assets, platforms and social listening learnings)
  • Service and client attention attitude. 
  • Intermediate-advanced English (written).
  • Liking for technology

Responsibilities

  • Team collaboration to feed the marketing team with insights from client’s own social accounts and social listening.
  • Build campaign weekly/monthly/flash reports, using Data Studio, google slides and sheets.
  • Database management (download and data cleaning/actualization)
  • Cross-analysis and learning generation. 
  • Conversation category and sentiment Labeling.
  • Internal communication with other areas.
