Are you interested in an internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in a 3 month paid internship opportunity at our site in Nashville. Through this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a health technology company.
Your role:
- Support reporting, data validation, and analysis for operational work and team performance.
- Document current reporting tools, data sources, user needs, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with developing a centralized Power BI dashboard or reporting proof of concept.
- Explore opportunities to use automation and AI for insights, trend identification, and reporting efficiency.
- Help maintain process documentation, team reference materials, and project trackers. Participate in team meetings, improvement projects, and other assigned operational support activities.
You're the right fit if:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience or interest in Power BI, data visualization, AI, or automation is preferred.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working collaboratively in a professional environment.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least three days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively performed outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role based in Nashville.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00, plus overtime eligibility. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted range depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
