Job Description
What you'll do Review and categorize medical content across diseases, conditions, procedures, and other interventions with a focus on orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and/or spine surgery Conduct research on trends and behaviors occurring in healthcare for core/pharma/device related projects Review and synthesize market research documentation Work with a team of physician advisors, clinical subject matter experts , and content reviewers to validate medical data and information Manage ongoing discussions with leading physicians regarding disease presentations, current best practices, and procedure workflows Synthesize case descriptions and clinical content for medical education software development Collaborate with team members to solve problems and relay relevant clinical information in a thorough and effective manner Present research and findings to a multidisciplinary team of artists, designers, engineers , producer s, and product managers Perform quality assurance testing on medical education software, evaluating both user experience/usability and the clinical accuracy of medical content as it appears in-product What we're looking for At least 3 years of experience in the medical field, such as a U.S. medical education company, medical publisher, academic institution, hospital, and/or medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturer Advanced degree (MD, PhD, Master's in Bioengineering, RN, NP, PA, PharmD) preferred Excellent medical communication skills, with experience communicating extensively with clinicians as well as the communication of complex concepts to laypeople Deep experience in content planning, content roadmap development, reference documentation, high-volume editing, content optimization, and clinical evaluation Maintain an in-depth understanding of the practice of medicine and current trends in patient care , particularly spine surgical procedures Comfortable working with distributed teams across U.S. and Germany time zones Must currently be based in the U.S.; Midwest location strongly preferred Salary range Expected salary range: $75,000-$85,000 annually; final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors Why Snke A supportive, international team connected by shared values and a culture of trust Meaningful responsibilities with a last impact on global health tech and improving medical decisions and patient outcomes Fully remote in the U.S. work environment , competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life, pet, LTD, STD, matching 401k and much more Ready to apply?
