About the Job

As an Expert AI Full Stack Engineer at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining compre-hensive web applications that support our partner projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inte-gration of front-end and back-end components, delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Your role will involve optimizing performance, ensuring security, and implementing best practices in full stack development. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to enhance application functionality and drive innovation.

What you do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in full stack development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Operate across the full stack with AI as a force multiplier — use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for frontend, backend, and API development; generate tests, write documentation, and conduct AI-assisted code reviews as a matter of routine.
• Expert in enterprise application design, with the ability to initiate and apply up-to-date design patterns and effectively present solutions to all stakeholders.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies as well as proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js and experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring boot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making. Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
• Strong capability to critically review AI-generated results, challenge outputs when needed, and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
• Familiarity with Machine learning is a strong advantage.
