- Demonstrated ownership of business-critical technology services, including operational performance, resilience, disaster recovery, cyber security, compliance and risk management.
- Shown accountability for technology budgets, investment planning, commercial governance, software licensing, supplier performance and vendor management.
- Solid experience being a great partner with SAP, SI Partners and other strategic technology providers, including contract negotiations, critical issues, service reviews and value optimisation.
- Recognised SAP technology authority with an established professional network across SAP customers, user groups, industry forums, partners and SAP product organisations, with a reputation for influencing strategy, product direction and industry guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, shaping and implementing AI, automation and emerging SAP technologies to deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
- Solid ability to influence senior business, technology and supplier partners, translate technical complexity into business outcomes and lead complex multi-functional decisions.
