We treat our platform as a product - your job will be to understand the needs and provide the tools and environment so that developing, testing, and maintaining our apps is easy and frictionless. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in isolation with infrastructure - we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, builds bridges between teams, and looks at problems more broadly than just through the lens of servers. You'll have real influence over the shape of the infrastructure, platform, and tooling - a broad scope, not just 'maintenance'.In this role, you will:Take care of the architecture - design, expand, and create highly available systemsDevelop our Internal Developer Platform through daily collaboration with development teams - pointing out optimal architectural solutions, helping launch new and existing services on Kubernetes and ArgoCDDevelop tools and the ecosystem around the release processAutomate repetitive, operational workManage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and AtlantisOwn the operational side of things: monitoring, alerting without noise, runbooks, and building scalable, resilient systemsTake part in R&D projects and introduce new technological solutionsJob requirementsMust have:Senior-level experience (3+ years)Experience building infrastructure based on KubernetesAutomation-oriented mindset - knowledge of Bash and Python will be a plusExperience working in a Linux environment (regardless of distribution)Solid knowledge of technologies and protocols like HTTP, TCP, and DNSPractical knowledge of AWS (or GCP or Azure)Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (including Terraform) - the less time and effort it takes you to provision infrastructure from scratch, the betterStrong communication skills and a genuine willingness to collaborate closely with development teamsOpenness, technical curiosity, and a habit of following what's happening in the industryNice to have:The ability to work in one of the following technologies will be an added advantage:MySQL and/or PostgreSQLRabbitMQRedisElasticsearchExperience with applications based on PHP or NodeJSAdditionally:Experience working in a product company Experience with infrastructure supporting machine learning applicationsFamiliarity with modern application architecture best practices (scalability, healthchecks, cost-aware resource usage)What we offer:100% remote work26 days off guaranteed in a yearGreat development opportunities - company-supported courses and conferencesIndividual work tools - MacBook Pro, Dell screen, JBL headphones.
