We are a trusted partner of industry leaders such as Salesforce, Veeva, UiPath, and Databricks.Model: Remote Engagement: Full-time (B2B)ResponsibilitiesYou will join an international project team as part of a growing engineering group with a shared technology stack.Design, develop, and maintain server-side Node.js applications and servicesBuild and maintain system/data integration solutions, including data analysis, transformation, and validationDesign and implement REST-like APIsContribute to distributed systems architecture, applying sound design patterns for robustness, scaling, elasticity, consistency, replication, asynchrony, parallelism, and failure handlingWork with AWS serverless services (Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, S3) and, where applicable, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, and streaming servicesOptionally design, develop, and maintain Terraform infrastructure-as-code configurations for AWSCollaborate using the GitHub tool suite - branching strategies, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and issue/ticket trackingOperate in a Linux environment, using shell scripting for day-to-day tasksRequirements4+ years of experience in Node.js (server-side JavaScript) development2+ years of experience in system/data integration (data analysis, transformation, validation)1+ years of experience working with distributed systems, with a solid understanding of their design patterns (robustness, scaling, elasticity, consistency, replication, asynchrony, parallelism, failure handling)2+ years of experience in REST-like API design and implementationBasic knowledge of designing, developing, operating, and troubleshooting AWS services (must-have, serverless-focused: Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, S3)Solid knowledge of the GitHub tool suite, including branching concepts, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and working with issues/ticketsBasic knowledge of Linux command-line tools and shell scriptingGood communication skills (English) and team collaboration skillsNice to haveExperience in designing, developing, and maintaining Terraform infrastructure-as-code configurations for AWS servicesKnowledge of additional AWS services: DynamoDB, DocumentDB, streaming servicesWe offerB2B contract (rate negotiated individually, up to ...
