A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Test Analyst would be:Design, execute, and document test cases, test scripts, and test scenariosPerform functional, system, integration, and regression testingCarry out testing across web-based applications and CRM systemsActively participate in defect identification, logging, tracking, and re-testingWork closely with developers, business analysts, and the Test Manager to ensure quality outcomesContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standardsCreate and validate test data and data integrity between front end and back-end systems.Participate in User Acceptance Testing supportAssist in improving QA processes and documentationDevelopment and refinement of regression test packsSupport testing activities within an Agile / DevOps-style delivery environment (where applicable) Requirements: · 3+ years’ experience in a professional Test Analyst / Software Tester role· ISTQB Qualified· Strong experience in web application testing· Proven experience testing CRM platforms· Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC)· Experience working from business and technical requirements· Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills· Excellent organisation and time management skillsNice to Have· Exposure to Azure DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines· Experience testing customer or partner-facing portals· Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks· Experience testing MS applications and systems (e.g. Power Pages, Power Apps, Dynamics 356 etc.)· Automation testing skills and experience· Experience testing in highly regulated organisations or within QA certified organisation (e.g. ISO 2500) So, are you ready to join our team?It’s important to remember, emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
