The immediate focus is supporting the migration of identity and access management to Red Hat SSO/Keycloak. Hands-on experience with this is essential, so please only apply if you can evidence it. This is an on-premise environment. Engineers whose background is predominantly on-prem rather than cloud-native will be at a distinct advantage.
