Post-Trade Systems Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities and define a clear scope for deliveryDesign solutions together with the team and document decisions so they are easy to understand, maintain and evolveImplement changes through Calypso configuration and, when needed, development (e.g., Java, integrations and automation)Plan and execute functional testing/UAT with stakeholders, and continuously improve quality and test automation where possibleTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, drive root-cause analysis and implement improvements to prevent recurrence Requirements:Relevant experience from financial markets and post-trade (securities settlement)Experience combining analysis, solution design and hands-on implementationHands-on experience delivering changes in an IT development setup (agile or hybrid), from idea to productionAbility to understand system architecture and make sound design choices balancing functionality, performance and maintainabilityVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:Experience with the Calypso applicationJava development and/or integration experience Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
