Senior QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer | Baltic States (remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance consultant to lead all QA efforts for a core platform delinquency team operating in a banking environment. The role combines thorough manual testing with building and maintaining test automation in Java using Selenium / Selenide . You will establish robust testing practices for highly complex systems , ensuring reliable delivery and continuous quality improvement across the platform. \n Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute comprehensive manual tests across new and existing functionality. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks leveraging Selenium/Selenide . Own the full quality assurance lifecycle: test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking. Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to align on quality goals and release timelines. Champion QA best practices and foster a culture of quality within the team. Must-Have Requirements: Demonstrated background testing complex systems in demanding business contexts. Proficiency in Java for building test automation solutions. Deep knowledge of Selenium / Selenide frameworks. Ability to manage QA activities independently and proactively. Solid experience in manual testing and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Strong stress tolerance in fast-paced environments. \n €40 - €45 an hour Rate (after tax). \n
