Job Description – QA / Tester IA

We are looking for a QA / Tester IA professional to join an innovative team focused on quality assurance, automation, and AI-driven testing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote QA best practices, automation, and software quality across development teams
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in testing and delivery processes
• Contribute to initiatives related to AI applied to QA, automation, and process optimization
• Support the adoption of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency
• Help define standards, governance, and quality guidelines
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team

Required Profile

• Strong experience in QA Automation and/or Software Testing
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools
• Experience with Python or other automation-oriented programming languages
• Exposure to or practical experience with AI/GenAI technologies (Prompt Engineering, APIs, intelligent automation, copilots, LLMs, etc.)
• Experience in Agile environments and continuous integration practices
