Senior UX Designer

With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a Senior UX Designer for the next phase of growth.

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer at Qred, you will take end-to-end ownership of the customer acquisition funnel across web and mobile platforms. This mission bridges technical execution and business impact, turning data-driven insights into optimized conversion paths within our Financial Systems. You will solve complex customer friction points to transform intricate digital products into intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, leveraging qualitative methods and data analytics to uncover user friction points.

• Synthesize user research and behavioral metrics to validate product hypotheses before engineering execution.

• Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate design synthesis, research analysis, and early-stage prototyping.

• Create low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI components that balance visual precision with functional clarity.

• Drive continuous discovery and contribute to our shared design system to ensure scalable framework consistency across all touchpoints.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a senior designer with a deep research-first mindset and a structured approach to Scaling digital products. You excel at translating complex quantitative and qualitative data into strategic product direction while leveraging modern AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital product design with a strong focus on advanced UX research methodology.

• Proven track record of leveraging behavioral data, quantitative analytics, and AI tools like Claude to inform design decisions.

• Practical expertise building and expanding design systems using Figma.

• Background in Fintech, Banking, or similar regulated environments.

• Professional fluency in English; additional Northern European languages are a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
