We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Data Collection (DC) Lead to take full ownership of the end-to-end coordination, tracking, and reporting of our data collection campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary interface between internal technical teams and our client, ensuring that vehicle fleets are ready, approvals are secured, and data recording remains strictly on schedule. Key Responsibilities

1. DC Status, Meetings & Reporting

• Own and communicate the overall DC status, including risks, blockers, and recovery actions.
• Track open actions and ensure timely closure across all workstreams.
• Prepare and distribute daily/nightly DC status reports based on agreed KPIs.
• Represent DC topics in QRQC and biweekly meetings.

2. DC Vehicle Retrofitting

• Coordinate and monitor the retrofit readiness of the entire DC vehicle fleet.
• Maintain a detailed car-by-car status tracker (activities, owners, target dates).
• Identify retrofit blockers and drive recovery actions with responsible teams to align with the campaign plan.

3. ME Approvals & Evidence

• Coordinate all required ME approvals and follow up on pending activities.
• Ensure required data clips are recorded, verified, and approved.
• Maintain a consolidated approval/checklist tracker and ensure all evidence is documented and traceable.

4. DC Campaign Management

• Own the master DC campaign plan and track execution progress against the baseline.
• Identify delays and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• Escalate critical deviations and implement recovery plans to keep milestones on track.

5. Interface & Communication

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for DC topics
• Consolidate and clarify requests, ensuring transparent and timely communication of status and risks.
• Track all side actions through to completion.

6. Toolchain & Recording Issues

• Collaborate with the Toolchain team to resolve issues impacting DC execution (pipeline, recording, ingestion, data availability).
• Assess the impact of technical issues on the campaign plan and escalate recurring problems.

Candidate Profile

Required:

• Professional English: Fluent for reporting and client communication.
• Lead Experience: Proven track record in project coordination or campaign management.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to interface effectively between internal teams and clients.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactive Mindset: Ability to identify risks early and drive recovery actions independently.

Nice to Have:

• Automotive Background: Experience with VW processes or standards.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle retrofitting or data recording toolchains.
• Quality Methods: Experience with QRQC or similar quality management frameworks.
