General information As a Mavie Coach, you’ll use your expertise in sports science to help our customers and clients lead healthier lives. You’ll take on a variety of tasks as part of a growing and innovative team. When? Starting immediately Where? Vienna, with assignments throughout Austria How long? Fixed-term contract for 1 year, 25 hours per week Your mission Independently conducting lifestyle assessments, sports science tests, and examinations on-site at our clients’ locations (throughout Austria) Conducting workshops, seminars, and presentations on health-related topics in the area of physical health—both online and in person Advising and guiding our clients toward a healthy lifestyle Assisting with the content planning and implementation of corporate health projects Representing and acting as a Mavie brand ambassador at events Providing expert support for editorial content on sports science topicsCollaborating on and assisting with the creation of video content and digital health products Your profile Currently pursuing a degree (final stage) in sports science or an equivalent program Interest in and willingness to participate in video recordings Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a Class B driver’s license You may already have some experience in customer service or coaching You possess a high degree of empathy when interacting with people You work independently, have a friendly demeanor, and can handle high-pressure situations Reliability, dedication, and the ability to work well in a team are among your strengths Why us? According to the collective bargaining agreement, the minimum salary for this full-time position is €35,486.36 gross annually. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
