Experience: 5+ yearsWork mode: Poland. remoteLanguage: Italian – MandatoryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced .NET FS Developer with strong Italian language skills to join a long-term application development and enhancement team.The role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing both web and desktop applications, while collaborating with technical and business teams in an international environment.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and SSIS, along with the ability to communicate effectively in Italian.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, develop, code, test, and maintain software applications and enhancements.Develop and maintain both web and desktop applications.Translate functional requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.Ensure code is maintainable, scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.Participate in solution design, technical specifications, system flow diagrams, and application documentation.Collaborate with QA/testing teams and participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.Follow established software development practices such as:Peer reviewsTest-driven development (where applicable)Continuous Integration/Continuous DeploymentGit-based branching strategiesDevelop and maintain automated unit tests where applicable.Troubleshoot application issues and work closely with technical teams to identify and resolve defects.Provide technical estimates and assess the feasibility of new features and enhancements.Create and maintain technical, operational, and system-level documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders and team members in an Italian-speaking environment.Mandatory Technical Skills5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with .NET Framework 4.5Strong hands-on experience with C# 5.0AngularIISSQL ServerSSISExperience developing and supporting both Desktop and Web applicationsItalian language proficiency – MandatoryGood to HaveVisual Basic 6Crystal Reports 8Microsoft Office DesktopPython 3.xSQLiteSFTPIdeal Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in software/application development.Strong development background in the Microsoft technology stack.Experience working with legacy as well as modern application environments.Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and code quality practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment.Fluent/strong Italian communication skills are essential.
